How many of us have one of those? Perhaps more of us have a financial portfolio than have a health and wellbeing portfolio… and much as the financial portfolio is a good thing to have, we all know it doesn’t mean much if we firstly don’t have health and well-being.

As it gets closer to the end of the year and we are all getting tired, looking forward to a break and at the same time, beginning to think about what we would like our life to look like next year, the invitation is there to take a look at our day, our week, our year, and bring some awareness to setting up for ourself, a health and well-being portfolio…. a maintenance plan for our physical, mental and emotional health.

So it could look like this – to take care of our physical body, our general health and wellbeing, manage our stress levels, increase our energy levels, manage any pain……….
we will join a Yoga class and commit to regular (perhaps fortnightly, three-weekly or whatever is appropriate for us) health treatments, which could look like – a combination of Massage, Acupressure, Reiki, Bowen Therapy… or any combination that would be appropriate.

Please feel free to check out my website, where you will see detailed descriptions of the above therapies and many more….

One of my beliefs is that in order to do better, we need to feel better – and if we are not feeling as well as we would like to now, if we don’t make a change, we will continue to not feel as well as we would like to – so if this resonates with you, please give me a call or email, and together we can set up your Health and Wellbeing Portfolio…. and I can say that the interest gained (health benefits) from this portfolio will rank very highly.

If we keep doing the same thing, the same thing will keep happening – and in order to solve a problem, we need to raise our awareness higher than the problem as we cannot solve a problem from the same level as the problem….the same energy will then go round and round.

So let’s make the shift – let’s go higher…. Let’s choose a higher level of energy and let’s make 2016 the Year of the Health and Wellbeing Portfolio!
