I have been teaching meditation for more than 20 years and been practising it seriously even longer, and can say from personal experience that I would not ever be without it in my life – and that one of my dearest wishes is for us all on this planet, to develop this amazing skill of connecting us to our own inner joy, wisdom and wellbeing.
